Participation
Goliger's TravelPlus (Goliger's) requirees that all travellers be at least 18 years of age on all trips apart from any
designated family departures. For the benefit of all travellers, Goliger's reserves the right to accept or reject any
traveller as a tour participant, and to remove from the tour any traveller whose conduct is deemed incompatible
with the interests of the tour group.

Payment Schedule
Tour guests are asked to contact our office as soon as possible to secure a confirmed seat. A per person non-
refundable deposit is required at the time of booking of between $250.00 and $750.00 (Tours up to $1500.00
will
require a $250.00 deposit; tours from between $1501.00 and $2500.00 will require a deposit of $500.00;
tours
from $2501.00 upwards will require a deposit of $750.00) with a non-refundable balance due 60 days
from
departure. Bookings accepted within the 60 day corridor will require a non-refundable payment in full.
Your res
ervation is confirmed upon receipt of applicable monies, a completed Tour Application form and a
photocopy of
your current passport (if applicable). A cheque, money order or a major credit card (Visa and
Mastercard) is
accepted for payment, AIRMILES is provided. When a credit card is used to confirm and pay
for a booking, the
passenger and/or cardholder give consent to Goliger's TravelPlus for the card's usage.
No reservation will be
accepted without a signed Tour Application Form and an accompanying
photocopy of your valid
passport (if

Currency
Our small group Art & Architecture series provides twin/double and single quotation LAND costs both in U.S.
and Canadian currencies, plus an all-inclusive rate in Canadian Funds usually from Toronto. All other tours
are quoted in Canadian Funds, unless otherwise specified.
Refu
nd Of Unused Tour Arrangements
Tour costs on the small group Art & Architecture series are based on a minimum of ten (10) paying passengers.
No refund can be made for any tour accommodation, tour service or tour feature not taken. If cancellation occurs
while the tour is in progress, no refund can be made for the tour portion not taken.
We strongly suggest that you
allow for any unexpected contingencies, with the timely purchase of Goliger's recommended insurances or
an
insurance package of your own. Please read the details of your insurance coverage carefully, if you have a
"pre-existing medical condition," and enquire about your insurance validity at the time of booking.
Passport
A valid passport is required by all passengers who are travelling outside of Canada, no exception, plus supple-
mental documentation which provides authorities with a current picture (e.g. a driver's license, which confirms your
residency address). It will be necessary for travel to certain countries to have a valid passport for at least 6 months
beyond the date of your return to Canada. Holders other than a Canadian passport should contact our office at the
time of booking, to enquire if a visa is required to enter the USA, or elsewhere.
Travel Responsibility
All travellers assume responsibility to select a trip most appropriate to their physical abilities and interests. Travellers
are responsible for being in sufficiently good health to undertake their holiday, for obtaining the appropriate
medical
and
cancellation insurances; for studying all pre-departure tour information; and for acting in a manner considerate
of fellow
travellers and the country/ies visited. Travellers assume full responsibility for all risks, including but not
limiited
to any loss,
injury,
death or damage to them, their family or their dependents arising in connection with their participation,
or the partici
pation of their family in the trips, and for ensuing that they have adequate insurance coverage to cover
any loss.
Disability
Goliger's is committed to the belief that medical conditions or disabilities shouldn't prevent people from experiencing the
joys of travel, but we rely upon each traveller to disclose this information to us at the time of booking. We will do every-
thing possible to accommodate traveller conditions, but in some situations we may require the traveller to be accom-
panied by a qualified companion for the duration of the trip. Any traveller who fails such a condition at the time of booking
may be removed from the tour and sent home at their expense and the loss of any unused portion of the trip price.
Goliger's, its staff and tour suppliers cannot be held responsible for their health and the passenger's health, to assist
passengers while on tour.
Cancellation Policy
The following schedule of cancellation penalties apply (cruise penalties, if applicable, may vary): Both your deposit
and final
payment are fully non-refundable. Goliger's reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time, for any
reason,
if there are too few paid participants. All itineraries are listed tentative, and subject to change. While we make
every effort to follow the planned itinerary as shown, we may make last minute changes to improve the tour, or
because
we must make changes for reasons beyond our control, or the quality of the trip, or the safety of the passengers is
judged to be compromised. In case any tour component of a tour cannot be honoured by a contracted supplier, then
Goliger's will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative, however no liability should be inferred from these
efforts. In such circumstances, a refund of all payment(s) received by Goliger's shall constitute full settlement,
and is
not
r
esponsible for any additional loss incurred on travel arrangements or air tickets due to a trip cancellation. Travellers
are
asked to review and clearly understand the Responsibility Clause posted separately on their website.
Smoking Policy
There is a No Smoking policy in effect while travelling on any one of our motor coaches or executive vehicles.
